A facelift restores a youthful, confident appearance, and unlike fillers and non-surgical treatments, a facelift offers permanent results. Changes that result from a facelift are dramatic. In fact, the results were more noticeable among people who had surgery earlier instead of later. **Freezing the Clock** If you stop the aging process with a facelift at an earlier age, you'll essentially stop the hands of time. You'll look young for far longer than you would if you waited to have facelift surgery in your 60s or even 70s. **Illness and Aging** While it's certainly possible to have a facelift in your 60s or later — and many people do — chances are better that you'll develop a health condition later in life that could preclude surgery.
